the traffic noise was beyond unbearable, making relaxation impossible. locking the door was an awkward ordeal, not that the staff seemed to care. i mean, after all that, i expected at least a complimentary upgrade but apparently, im just another regular guest. i was seriously considering a better review until reality hit.
